No experience is needed for this fun and informative chocolate truffle
making workshop. You will be guided through some of the basic skills
of a chocolatier in a way that can be used at home.
Working under the guidance of Chocolatier Suzanne Coles, of
‘kokoblas chocolates’, we will predominantly use fine dark Belgian
chocolate from sustainably sourced cocoa.
We will use fresh ingredients without additives or preservatives, therefore the truffles will be best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of making. They will keep long enough to give them away for Christmas presents - if you can bear to!
Learn how chocolate is tempered, how to fill truffle shells, roll ganache, dip truffles, make chocolate discs on themed transfer sheets and how to achieve that professional looking finish.
You will have a variety of packaging and ribbon options to choose from in order to present your handmade chocolates to take home.
